1. application for exhibit space
Booth Fees: Your fee is determined by your
rebate status, located on your program-sign off.
Tiered: $1,000 for 10' x 10'
Regular: $2,000 for 10' x 10'
Non-Participating: $4,000 for 10' x 10'
Payment must be received by July 14.
Prices increase $200 per booth after July 14.
2. badge request form
Badges are free if submitted by July 16.
Badges requested after July 14 or at the show will be $25.00.
This form can take 10 names at a time. Reload the form after submission and resubmit if more than 10 badges are needed.
3. upDATE PROGRAM TEMPLATE PAGE
Update this Word document with your program information and show specials. Return in Word format to the Box folder you've been assigned. Due July 14.
SHOW ORDER DEADLINE: AUGUST 25, 2023
Please hold show pricing, including specials, Hot Show, SuperHot Show, and program terms and discounts until the show order deadline. The August 25 order deadline may be extended at the manufacturer’s discretion.
4. upload program documents
Upload all files (Program sign-off, program template page, catalogs, price lists, order forms, show specials) to Sports, Inc. by July 14. Box links will be emailed to the email address on file. Please wait until 6/1/2023 before requesting a duplicate link.

5. SUBMIT HOT SHOW SPECIALS
Submit up to 3 show specials to be featured in the Hot Show packet distributed to members at the show. Not all submissions may be approved. Submit by July 14.
